1989 40 HP Mariner leaking gas out of carb

I noticed i was leaking gas from my 1989 40 HP Mariner. I was able to locate the leak and it is coming out of the "vent jet" out of the bottom carburetor. What do I have to do to fix this? Any help would be appreciated!!

Check your floats in the carbs. I had the same issue and I found out the one of the floats was stuck.
