aq271 pully on crankshaft

crankshaft pully has a movement, wobble when running. The seawater pump allen bolts are tight. maybe bent from prev. owner trying to pull it? any ideas?

Is it just the pulley that's wobbling, or is it the pulley and the balancer?

If it's just the pulley, remove it from the engine, clean the mating surfaces of where the pulley and balancer meet, and apply a bit of paint to protect them (any color you like). If it goes away, good. If it doesn't, then the pulley may be bent.

If the balancer is wobbling too, it can be anything from a poorly installed balancer, a bad balancer, a bent crank snout, to loose thrust bearings for the crank.

Thanks I'm hopefull its not to bad.I can get a look at the balancer while its running and if it runs true it should lead me back to the pully. Thanks again great help!
