1996 four winns Horizon has no spark

Hello all, I have a 96 four winns 190 Horizon DLX with an omc/volvo penta 5.0 50FAPNCA - I am getting no spark and no power to the coil. I am wondering if there is a fuse panel somewhere on the boat. I haven't been able to find one yet.

I want to check there 1st or for any kind of breakers the boat may have. Also, if that doesn't work for me I am wondering if there is a plug in to put a code reader on like you would with a car. I will buy one if it will help. Thanks for looking.

I was just looking at some wiring scematics and found a breaker that looks like it is mounted on the front left of the engine. I am surprised I have not seen it yet. I suppose that will be a place to start.

you would need to move the post to the engine area, for better response
