Carbs have been totally rebuilt, new fuel lines on engine and tanks. Will get up on plane and then start loping. Gets worse the longer it runs. Pumping the primer bulb keeps it running right. Put new fuel pump on and still does the same thing. If you putt around at idle it will still want to die unless you bump the key so it is running lean at all ranges. Even tried another known good tank and line. At wit's end. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry about that. If you look at a previous post of 1978 70hp evi running poorly you will get the history. 125 across the board. New head gasket, new left side exhaust gaskets carbs clean enough your momma would be proud. Think I may have found it. The second gasket in from the carbs and intake is splayed out at four or five places. It is behind the plate the carbs bolt to. went ahead and sealed it with blue rtv for now and will test tomorrow. If it is better then will replace those gaskets. Air leak explains it all. The thing is that it seems there aren't many bolts to keep that gasket from "warping" out.
