Hello friends it been a while since the last time i have been to the forum. My issue is more or less figured out im just trying to help the local alternator shop. A while back i had a issue with the fuel pump constantly running and had traced it back to the alt. After i replaced the alt the problem reversed and the boat would start and run perfect for about 25 seconds and stop. I did not get a OEM replacement but a aftermarket. The alt is not sending 12vt to the pump to continue running. I used a jumper at the relay box to run the boat last year and it works great however i forgot to pull the jumper and it killed the battery. so my question is does anyone know the proper voltage regulator i need to install in my 1yr old new alt.
