Hello-
Took my 1957 Johnson RDE-19 35hp out on fishing trip this week. Noticed that when I run the engine at idle and at lower RPM's, the exhaust is louder than it was before out the exhaust relief port above the water. Seems to have a louder more distinct spit and popping sound now. Engine seems to run fine yet and have the same power that it had before, and water is also exiting this hole as it did before, so water pump should be working fine. Any thoughts on what to check or what the culprit may be? Thanks!
Jesse
