What is the best lift pont on a 1974 85hp evinrude

What is the bets lif point on my 74 85hp evinrude. can the entire motor be lifted with the lift bracket on top the power head?

That is what the bracket is for, lifting the outboard.

Thanks so much for the reply. I used it to lift my motor off the transom to install a CMC tilt trim unit and it went very well.
