How do I remove the tilt trim motor from a 90 hp Nissan

I am trying to get the tilt trim motor off my 90 hp Nissan. It is definately not working have checked all that out. Motor is stuck in down position & release screw will not turn, I have even tried an impact screwdriver on it.

What is your specific model/serial? On some models, the t/t unit is required to set the trim. Grab a Factory service manual, available from any dealer, including me, and review the procedure.
