hi guys wonder if any of yous can help me out. recently bought this 40hp mariner. ended up rebuilding it now its running sweet as a nut plenty power for an old engine and very reliable unlike todays new engines.
looking for info about converting it from pull start to electric due to fishing the atlantic. also want to run a fish finder and vhf radio and possibly nav lights for night fishing.
how could i go about converting the engine to electric start?
what is needed/required to charge a battery to run fish finder?
and can anyone tell me anything about this engine?
