Help setting TPS on F115

I have a 2004 F115 I have tried setting up the tps sensor exactly how the book says I can get my voltages exactly where they are supposed to be with the engine off but as soon as I start the engine my voltage shoots up from .735 to .756. Please helphttp://forums.iboats.com/images/icons/icon8.png

Ah. There is a trick to it. When I get to the shop tomm I will go over how to do it and get back to you

Thank you for the help I have a factory service manual and I went step by step but the numbers did not add up once i started it up

okay I finally got my tps set right I have it set dead on where it should be. It seems to have cured my low rpm miss but now the engine idles to low around 650 in gear. motor seems to chug a little while idling. I dident have a manometer to properly set up the shutters do you think this could be causing it?
