1986 bayliner cc with force 125 rewire issue

securedownload[1] (2).jpgsecuredownload[1].jpgrewiring the entire boat and replacing what i believe to be a battery isolator( in pic) with a blue sea acs. The center red wire from the old isolator comes from a circuit breaker on the bottom of the engine wiring in pic. i think i have to take the yellow start wire into the new acs but dont know what to do with the circuit breaker wire. any ideas would be greatly appreaciated. thanks
