84 evinrude 35 starts, then looses spark

I have a 1984 evinrude 35 that starts at fast idle then slowly dies and will not start. no spark. Replaced power pack, rebuilt carb. No spark. Any help?

If you have no spark, you might go to CDI's website and look up your engine and use their trouble shooting guide to help you find your problem.
