Hey guys, I recently bought a 97 Sugar Sand Tango with the 175 Sportjet which was blown. I had it rebuilt and the first time in the water, I cranked forever and it wouldn't fire. I pulled it out of the water and it fired right up so I dropped it back in quick and drove it around all day that day with no issues. The next morning I was gonna go for a ride and it was like the battery was dead; would only turn over once and then lug. Charged the battery (which is new), and still nothing. Brought it home and pulled out the starter (which tested fine) but like a dumbass, forgot to label the wires and their locations so I can't even get power to the key now. Does anyone have a diagram or pictures of their own starter assy to help me out here? I have the large power wire from the solenoid, the small black start wire from the solenoid, and a gray wire coming from down by the carbs somewhere is all I can locate. Once that is corrected I'd still like to figure out why it wouldn't crank over. Battery cables look good and tight all around. Thanks
