I just purchased a 1959 feathercraft with a 1975 hp evinrude 40 hp. It was sitting for two years. It will fire right up but no water is coming out of the 'Pee' hole. I have replaced the water pump when I had the lower unit off I inspected all of the plumbing and it looked clear of any debris. The motor was maintained with records and the guy I purchased it from had it serviced every year. The old water pump didn't look like it needed to be replaced but I did it any way. I need help with the next step to look for.
