Raritan Crown head leak?

Hello Capts

Have a Crown Head with older toilet, brand new complete macerator pump unit from Raritan. Installed unit with new bowl seal and it still drips from seal, new bolts, nuts etc., The seal is the one between the bowl and the unit.

Is there any sealant or wax seal that I can ether but on the orginal seal or replace the seal with?

I was going to try gasket sealant on the bowl washer and reinstall it unless someone has a better idea.

Sidenote the gasket/washer is new from Raritan and the bowl and pump surfaces are in perfect shape.
