1996 Sea Ray 175.
Horn worked fine end of last season.
Doesn't work now.
I replaced the horn with a typical electric horn from West Marine. I also made sure the fuse over the switch was working by switching it with the blower fuse, etc. etc. I removed the momentary rocker switch out of dash (Carlingswitch) for the horn and opened it up. It looks brand new inside. Both the old horn and the new horn work fine using jumper wires to a car battery for a test. There are only two wires on the back of the switch for the horn. One goes three inches up to fuse above switch (top wire) and the other wire goes into the wire harness under dash (lower wire) and only seems to reappear heading up to the horn which is like three feet or less away. I think the color might be orangish with a stripe. There is a black wire at the horn that must be a ground. The wire harness looks fine. No frayed wires or animal damage or anything looking out of place. Every other instrument and switch works fine. Don't know what to do now....
