Hello all. I have another question on torque specs... this time for the torsional damper bolt.
Service Manual #25 indicates 40 ft-lb in the table on page 3A-3:

and then later indicates 74 ft-lb on page 3A-60:

I assume both are referencing the same center bolt connecting the damper to the crank shaft... especially since the torque spec for the three bolts attaching the pulley to the damper is separately listed as 35 ft-lb.
Any assistance in getting the correct torque spec will be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, please let me know if I'm somehow screwing up an interpretation of the manual. I posted a similar thread about the intake manifold torque spec discrepancy and want to make sure I'm not just misinterpreting the manual before possibly starting any future threads about torque specs.
