Mercruiser 3.0 crank pulley

I have a 1996 rinker with a 3.0 mercruiser. I have the engine pulled and I cannot get the crankshaft pulley off. Can anyone help me with how to remove the crankshaft pulley.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,.... The pulley is held to the harmonic balancer by 3 bolts,...
remove 'em, 'n knock it free....

If yer pullin' the Balancer, ya need a balancer Puller....
