1992 XR6 oil tank low

My boat has been sitting for about 2 weeks.Started it today and the low oil alarm went off so I checked the tank on the engine and it was a little more than half full.My question is could it siphon back to remote tank?

I have found that the oil tank on the engine is draining into my fuel line.I ordered all 3 check valves.Could the oil pump be part of the problem?Any thing else I should check?

In case anyone else has a similar problem.I replace the 3 check valves.So far this has fixed my problem.
