Re: 1991 Four Winns 200 Horizon trouble shooting
The speedometer problem is likely to be one of three things:
1) Clogged or broken pickup at transom
2) Clogged or damaged speedometer tube between pickup and gauge
3) Broken gauge
I have no idea what the toggle switch might be and doubt it was original equipment. It may have been installed by a previous owner. Trace the wires to see where they go.
