hey all, i just got this great deal i hope. The problem is everything else looks good except my throttle handle does not turn. I'm used to the tooth type tiller, not cable, so i don't know where to begin. My motor has the electric kill switch on the end of the handle, if the kill switch is malfunctioning would this cause the handle to not turn? Everything seems to be there all the way down the tiller into the engine. also if anyone knows of a good diagram website that would help too. I've studied my manual, cover to cover and can't seem to find the answer there either. please help, thank you in advance.
