First, let me apologize for these terrible cell phone pictures... In my haste to get it to my garage, I forgot to take any pictures of it outside  So these will have to do for now. But after this upcoming weekend, when we splash it, I'll have many more (and better). With that said, here it is:

Brought it home from the dealer today, and got right to work on it; first job was a Magma grill on the swim platform:

Next, a dual battery setup with switch:

Still have to put on my smart tabs (trailer bunks stick out a few inches past transom, so I need to move the boat back first before I can put them on) and wire up my Lumitec Seablaze 3 underwater lights.

Named:

The name is tongue-in-cheek. I was indeed voted "class rebel" of my high school class. I then immediately joined the Army, and there I've been ever since... Not very rebellious ;)

Beautiful "Spoils". Best of luck w/ the maiden voyage. Those underwater lights will look awesome on an evening cruise.

Congrats on the boat but I really like that garage space.

Beautiful boat. I am very jealous of your boat shed!
I am also thinking of a dual battery setup on my boat.

Thanks fellas. The garage is great for storing and working on my toys, but being metal, it gets hot! I was sweating my butt off in there yesterday. I'm headed back up after work to dip the boat in the water so I can slide it back a few inches on the trailer and put the smart tabs on.

The dual battery setup is probably something I wouldn't be without on a boat, just for the redundancy. I've never actually killed a battery and needed the secondary, but it puts my mind at ease.

Smart tabs installed as well, but lighting was too low by that point to get any decent pics.

drilling 1/2" holes through the transom of one's brand new boat is an interesting experience.

Gorgeous boat, spoils - and i love the look of those lights.

Curious about the tabs, tho. How do you know you even need them if you haven't tried her out yet?

Reading mostly, everyone with a Stingray says they're a great help minimizing the porpoising issue that these hulls tend to have. But I suppose the real answer is, I dont know that I needed them ;)

Just got back from our weekend trip to Canoe Point state park. First splash was a great success! Some pictures:

Did some more work on the boat;

Blue LED strip lighting under the coaming panels

the pictures make it look very weird... Cell phone camera... Looks really cool in person. I integrated it into the factory courtesy lighting circuit.

White LED strip lighting in engine compartment

You can see the TH Marine spare prop tie down kit I added
