No water reaching starboard head 1995 150 hp merc EFI

Water is not reaching my starboard head on my 1995 150 EFI. Water pump is fine as it is pushing out the port head when stat is removed and comes out pee hol;e when stat opens after warm up.Then the heat alarm goes off when starboard head gets hot. Where can I find the water feed to the starboard head. Thanks big time for responding.

Check your starboard Tstat is operating.Im guessing its seized shut.Did you check temp with heat gun/or to touch on both sides?
Water feed is via water pump and up water tube.Tstats are exit ports,to allow more cooling water to enter.

If you pull the t-stat on starboard head and get no water at all even if rpm is raised to about 1200rpm ... the holes on the divider plate that feeds that side is stopped up with something. The water enters the head/cylinder area thru them first....

THANKS for the comeback. I really think this is my problem. Do you know how I could get to the divider plate to clean it out?
