OMC 115 TurboJet flywheel removal torque specs

good day,
i'm replacing the rectifier on a 1994 OMC 115 TurboJet which means i need to remove the flywheel, does anyone know what to torque the flywheel nut to?.....also any tips on how to secure the flywheel when removing and replacing the nut? - thank you for your time.....

The easiest way I found to secure the motor from turning is by removing a spark plug and pushing a foot or so of rope into the cylinder. The torque I believe is 90ftlbs.
