Water Tell Tale Johnson 1991 V4 115hp?

I have just bought my first boat. It has a Johnson V4 115 hp. (VJ 115 TLEIE). It didn't come with a manual so am trying to figure things out before getting on the water. Does this engine have a water tell tale stream? Where would I look for it?
I do have a water adapter (like ear muffs) to put over water intake.

Part no. 18 - nipple is where the tell tale ends.

BS that they won't let me link you to WWW-boats-NET. Go JOHNSON - 1991 - 115HP -VJ115TLEIE and check LOWER ENGINE COVER. That nipple should have a hose hooked to it that I believe comes out of the OUTER EXHAUST COVER (see CYLINDER and CRANKCASE - parts 50, 22 and 51. Part 50 connects to NIPPLE)

The telltale is plumbed into the engine's rear outer exhaust cover. You can pull the hose off the barb to check for flow. On occasion the nozzle in the lower cowling will plug up with debris and needs to be cleaned out.
