Hi Folks,
Help appreciated. Overheat buzzer goes off under power. Replaced thermostats.Water pump working well. Still problem. Removed the thermostats while running on ears in the driveway. Water pours out of the port head but NO WATER out of the starboard head. I believe this is my problem but do not know the next step. Water is not flowing to the starboard head.

Reinstall the port stat then check for water flow out the stbrd as with both stats out all water will flow from the lowest exit.

When was the water pump last serviced?

Have you checked to poppet valve to see that it is opening and closing correctly, stuck open will overheat at low throttle settings.
