2002 Mercruser, 4-44206HR S, 350 MPI Horizon, Fuel problem

I have a 2002 Mercruser, 4-44206HR S, 350 MPI Horizon, s/n 0W024808, I had water in one of my fuel cells, I have drained it and changed all 4 fuel filters, I can't get fuel to the injectors? I pulled the GM style hose off the fuel Mantifold, and I get nothing there, I put an air hose to it and was able to blow air back to the fuel filter hosing (fuel filter removed) I pulled the hose to the electric pump that is behind the Alternator, and I get fuel coming out there, is there a second pump under the Oil filter area, by the port engine mount? the line seem to go into a black box there, but its so tight all I can do is touch them?
