This is my first boat and new on this site. I bought this 1979 Classic Encore with a good hull, motor and drive. It was in dry dock for 12 years, with it put away properly. So I want to update it and would like some suggestions along the way. I gutted the interior and everything looks good. My first question along this endeavor is how should I clean old carpet residue along the inside of the interior? Chemically or physically?
