need help with 86 forces 50hp no start

hi guys i have just purchased a new boat with twin 86 force 50hp outboards and on started right up and the other will not crank with the key but will turn over when the two studs on the starter relay but will still not fire have the seloc service manual orderd

On the motor that does not start with the key there is two things that may help.
First check the circuit breaker under the motor cowling to see if its tripped.
Second is check the neutral saftey switch which works with the throttle and gear linkage and is also under the cowling and next to the motor. It has a little white button usually and may need to be cleaned. Should be pressed in when in neutral.
