Looks to be a tight motor.
It appears to be well maintained.
Any known issues or concerns I should be aware of?
The motor wasn't used last season so I am in the process of getting her ready for a trial run & the season.
PO said the waterpump was changed about two years ago w/ 20 hours of use.
Thanks in advance

Here is the parts listing for your engine:

http://www.crowleymarine.com/mercury-outboard/3374.cfm

Service Manual P/N: 90-830234R04

http://1manual.com/Mercury manuals/Service Manual PDFs/TwoStroke/830234r3/cover.pdf

You must have Adobe Acrobat reader installed to use this manual. If you scroll down to the lower part of the opening page, you will see the various engine components in red. Click on the one you want and when the first page opens, click on the "Save As" icon at the top LH corner of the page and you can save it to your computer.

Install a water separating fuel filter

Religiously add fuel stabilizer AND SeaFoam to your fuel. Along with the filter above will greatly extend time between cleanings, years.

Replace the water pump impeller at least every other year whether the motor is ran or not, the impeller 'ages' from exposure to air and the compression of the vanes tight fit within the pump.

Use quality gear oil and change at beginning of every winter lay-up

Prop the motor to run near the upper end of the recommended RPM.

Keep all battery cable connections clean bright and tight, coat with liquid tape/grease to keep corrosion to a minimum.
