1997 s150txrv winky blinky code 13

So in my quest to figure out why my 97 swsii 150 shakes in gear at lower power settings I purchased a winky blinky. It flashes 13 faulting pulser coil. Anybody ever come accross a bad pulser coil that caused engine shutter at trolling speeds(worse with heavier stainless props).

The shaking issue sounds more like a possible bent prop shaft, not sure of the code 13. It is possible you have 2 different problems.
