I'm switching out props and I don't have my manuel with me.
Can some one please let me know what the prop nut torque should be?

Just tighten it, then back up to the first cotter key hole.

If it's a square bore prop with the replacable hub you'll want to make sure the insert is seated properly and torque it down to 55 lbs. Check it every so often, make sure it stays tight so you don't split the insert.

No cotter pin, it has a Mcgaurd lock.

Thanks guys, got it.
My fault Joe, I left the lock part out of the original post.
