1996 stratos 225h evinrude- no accessories are working

I just got this boat its a 1996 stratos 225horsepower. Non of the accessories are working except for the trim. The people before said they had to replace the ignition switch to get it running. if it was the wrong kind of ignition switch or hooked up wrong would that cause the motor to start and run but non of the accessories to work except the trim. I checked all the fuses coming off the battery and they are all good. I inspected behind each panel for loose wires and everything appeared to be good. I also put a test light to the red hot wire on the wires behind the accessory switches and they all have power going to them. any thoughts or suggestion would be great.

Which accessories? Guages should get power from purple wire on ignition switch. Other accessoriess direct from battery.
