View attachment oilcan.bmp

Never saw one with gummed up hoses??
Unhook the lines. Take on oil can/pumper or someway to squirt oil into the lines.
Then with compressed air try to blow it out. All the time lifting and lowering the motor to activate the trim cylinder.
Goggles and a raincoat might be needed??

something is not right. the only source of sludge in system is dissolving orings. if your orings have dissolved that much then you have serious problems independant of sludge. ... is this a freshwater system? If so, then I would do an on-boat ram rebuild. flush out tubes during rebuild by taking off pump Ay and blowing air through pipes. if badly clogged run 24" pipe cleaners through them with brake cleaner.
