1984 Johnson 115hp torque specs?

Hello everyone,

I have a 1984 Johnson outboard and need to know the torque specs for the Cylinder Head Cover. I just got the gaskets in today and forgot to ask the mechanic at the marina what to torque the bolts to. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

The motor is a 1984 Johnson outboard 115hp VRO

Cylinder head cover screws are 60-84 in lbs. Head bolts are 18-20 ft lbs.

Anyone have any suggestions on what type of gasket sealer to use?
