carb adapter question

I seem to be having a hard time finding the proper carb adapter for my new intake. I want to use my quadrajet 4bbl spread bore carb, but my new intake is an Edelbrock high rise square bore intake.. Can someone tell me if they even have an adapter for this? I am finding tons of square bore carb to spread bore intakes but not the other way around..

Would this adapter work for me?

Yes it will do the job but,...... it is an open adapter, you will lose some bottom end power and gain some top end power. A better choice would be the same thing with a center divider. An even better choice yet would be a manifold with the universal mounting flange that fits both square and spread bore carbs.
