My OMC 12/24 volt 3 speed trolling motor is only working on the high speed only. The Light under the directional arrow on top of the unit also quit working, It was working perfect prior to Sunday. I'm in the process of checking the wiring that comes through the shaft and I took apart the the pedal and speed selector switch and all the solenoid contacts seems to connect and the selector switch is working in order. It does this in either the 12volt or the 24 volt setting. The plug and wires from the battery to the plug and from the plug to the head unit checked out. Just throwing this out there to see what I might need to check that I haven't mentioned.
