I just picked up this little outboard for $100.00. The seller told me that it is a Evinrude 3.5HP?

The only numbers I can find on the plate are:

80940 - The 8 may be a 6?
10597B

They painted the entire thing white, motor and all...

Any ideas on what is truly is? It does run great!
