If you clean the area up that is broken with some rubbing alcohol then sand it lightly to scuff up the surface area you can then use some steal weld putty to mold a temp fix. You will have to first bolt it back in place then mold. The bolt that goes where the break is just needs to be in place for a proper mold. Let it cure for 24 hrs and then tighten.
this is temporary though and you will need a replacement.
By the way it is called a pump housing or impeller housing.
