tlrz 60/ tlrz 70 CDI module

When reviewing the parts lists, displacement, compression, etc for the TRLZ 60 AND TRLZ 70. The only part or spec difference I can see is the CDI module. The 60 high revs at 5500 rpm while the 70 revs to 6000 rpm. Does anyone know if simply by replacing the CDI module you can essentially turn a 60 into a 70????

Don't know what parts list you're looking at, but check out the reed valve assemblies for starters....no, you can't make a 60 a 70 with the cdi.
