Hello again...I have a 1976 Johnson 85HP that idles too fast; the Warm up lever does not decrease revs when depressed; and when I removed the motor cover, I can see nothing changing when the warm up lever is moved: I checked it at the control box and it appears to be connected to the cable and operating well; but nothing happening on the motor end. Any advice? Thanks,
