Trim Wiring Harness or relay

Hello everyone,
I am having problems with my trim. I can get my out drive to trim up but cannot get it to trim down. It happened to me in the middle of the lake and I had to use a piece of metal to hard wire the relay to get it to trim down so I could get back to the dock. I assumed it was my solenoid so I went ahead and replace both. Still only UP works. Now I think its my relay or trim switches or some break in the wire from my switch on the throttle to the relay. Anyways I want to buy a new relay but cannot find the one I am looking for. My boat is a 1990 Bayliner Capri with a 4.3l V6 I/O. The relay is a 3 prong relay and I can't find it anywhere. Does anybody know where to get these?

Could be a number of things, but here is the troubleshooting charts and wiring diagram that should lead you right to your problem.
