I have a '73 Mastercraft with a 351 Ford Clevland engine that orginally came in it. The raw water pump mounted infront of the harmonic ballancer on studs off the block. The hub on the pump is 2” in diameter, made of cast aluminum. It had three triangular protrusions that interfaced with a mirror opposite piece mounted on the crank. The shaft it is mounted on is ¾”, with an elliptical cotter key.

Mine broke when a impeller failed and I cant seem to find another one. Could anyone offer any ideas where a replacement might be?
Thanks,
Kc5swi

Well, the raw water pump(pumps water from lake to engine) on this Ford is made by Jabsco(11850-0711). This is not the "engine water pump" Jabsco supplied them to mastercraft and sells replacements with no hub. So, thus farI cant find a hub, as it is not really an "engine part" and Jabsco didnt manufacture it. It appears to be a mastercraft item. I cant get them intrested in helping as they seem to be in the new boat business...

You can usually get your local dealer to order parts for the pump from Jabso.
Jabsco doesn't deal with the public themselves, only with marine dealers.
Here is a link with part numbers so you can have your dealer order the correct part.

Jabsco pump

I've been in contact with Jabsco. They did not make the hub. Their cataloge advises to reuse the hub off the old pump on replacement. They indicated it was a mastercraft item only....Thanks for the thoughts,I tried that route first. Any one else have any ideas?
Thanks.
