Repairing the Fiberglas is a pretty easy fix and relatively cheap fix. The problem is going to be matching the paint. Unless you are an exceptional painter you may have to go to a professional painter if you want a seamless repair.
Yeah, polyflake is the hardest thing to repair. Unless you can repeat the exact angle the gelcoat was sprayed on in the mold it will never match exactly. As already said the basic repair is easy, probably cheap. The shiny flakes are gonna be expensive to try and match.
