03 Yamaha 150 4 stroke sputtering at 1000 rpm's only.

I have a 03 Yamaha 150 4stroke that ran fine last year, winterized and had spring tune up. Took it out today and it sputters when passing 100 rpm's. Once past you can get it to run at 1k smooth. Seems like passing that spot in the throttle either direction causes a sputter. Runs smooth at idle and all the way to 5100rpm's, just seems like the one spot. Any suggestions?

Update.. It seems like it is not exactly 1k rpm. Seems like it is cutting out transitioning from idle to anywhere in the throttle.
