I have a 1983 115hp evinrude E115TLCTE. The coil packs were dry rotted and the wires were broke. I have purchased four new coil packs but the new ones do not have the plug assembly. How do I determine which coil wire goes to which cylinder (CD). in the plug assembly there is a orange and blue wire and an orange wire on both sides. So I would either have it correct or wrong.

Look up at the top of this page for the sticky called wiring diagrams they should have your engine there. Good luck

The plug is a part of the powerpack assembly. You can buy them separately but you have to buy both the boot and the contact.

Blue stripe is on top cylinders.
