250HP EFI 1999 rusted mount bolts

Anyone know of a trick to get the rusted motor mount bots out all 4 are shot need to be replaced.

1999 250hp EFI.

Heat with torch,loads of penetrant,light tapping to loosen rust.If I was to replace them I would just cut the old ones off.
Make sure the new ones are MARINE GRADE stainless.
