I am installing a seal kit in my 1977 470 outdrive and I was wondering what direction the springs on the seals should be for the upper drive shaft unit. The upper bigger seal part #26-32511 is installed with the spring facing up, but im not sure about the smaller lower seal part #26-965031 if it should be installed with the spring facing up or down. I believe it should be intalled with the spring facing up if you were looking through the top cover assy. Thanks
