Well, some may remember that several months ago i decided to rebuild my 85 Charger as it was down on compression on one cylinder, which turned out to be the bottom bearing seal, so i set about and stripped and did the following.

1) replaced top and bottom bearings and seals
2) replaced rings
3) replaced middle piston as the original had a couple of scuff marks
4) honed cylinders
5) skimmed head by 15 thou as a bit pitted after 33 years
6) general clean up and paint
7) overhauled PTT

Then the job came to a grinding halt due to work.

So last week Friday 20th i set to and started to reassemble, and this morning Tuesday 24th i got to fire it up, still got to sort out the gearbox and finish paint.
