Automotive cam substitution

I have decided my cam needs replacing in my old 260. The Mercruiser dealer quoted me $400 for an original cam. I went looking for an aftermarket and know Melling has a good reputation but they don't list one for that application.
Is there a good automotive, RV maybe, unit I could substitute that would give reasonable performance. I am a point A to B boater and speed is not an issue.

Assuming you have flat hyd cam, here are the factory specs:

Lift (1.5 Rockers) I: 400, E: 410
Dur (@.050") I: 200, E: 212
Dur (@.006") I: 258, E: 270
Sep angle 110 degrees

Comp Cams 252h, smooth idle, and stump pulling bottom end torque.
